Refunds

At Showcart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, the following policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued:

Unused Credits Refund: If you cancel your subscription and have unused paid credits remaining in your account, Showcart will issue a refund for the unused portion of those credits. Transaction costs for processing the refund will be borne by the consumer.

Example Calculation:

  • Plan Cost: $20
  • Total Credits: 2000
  • Used Credits: 1000
  • Unused Credits: 1000

Refund = (Total Amount Paid / Total Credits Provided) × Unused Credits - Transaction Fees

Refund = $10 (before transaction fees).

Refunds are only applicable to unused credits and do not apply to promotional or bonus credits.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials available on Showcart, including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are owned or licensed by Showcart. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Data Use and Privacy

By using Showcart, you agree to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We use your data to provide and improve services and protect your privacy with industry-standard security measures.

7. Termination

Showcart integrates third-party services, including AI models and cloud storage. Users agree to be bound by the terms of these providers and understand Showcart cannot guarantee the performance of third-party services.
